Early Bird Gets the Early Fish

Woke up early today because I can't sleep with no electricity. Yeah, black-out sucks! No electricity, no electric fan. My mom woke up at around 4 in the morning and she saw how irritable I was. And because she was on our way to our store, I decided to go with her. It has been a long time since I see Carbon Market during dawn.

At our store, I made coffee for my parents and milk for myself since I wasn't getting enough of sleep lately. I also entertained customers and gave them the things they needed.

Also, I went to Isdaan to buy a kilo of I-don't-know-the-name-of-that-fish. But I'm a hundred percent sure that the fish looks just like this. (See image below)

Bought some spices and herbs needed to make Inun-unan. Before that, my mom saw someone selling Mantika sa Baboy. She bought it because, it's proven to be a good pampalasa to the dish.

At home, I insisted my mom to teach me how to cook the dish. And after about 30-45 minutes of simmering the fish with the suka and all the spices, voila! I've made my own INUN-UNAN! :D
